Update From Starry for you Emily!

A Caramel Mocha… that’s what I had when Leanne and I went to Borders. Seattle’s Best was their café in the book store so I couldn’t resist the temptation in pleasuring myself with a nice warm cup of coffee in a cold, cold January night. And my drink looked rather fancy! A nice big dollop of whip cream on top, caramel placed on perfectly with not an imperfection to be seen, and a stick of chocolate, which I have to sadly say… I don’t know what happened to it. It either dropped on the ground when I wasn’t looking or it went to the bottom of my cup and melted by the time I drank half of the dark, delicious liquid.
I am going to go with the second speculation. It would truly break my heart if my disCoco stick had actually dropped.

Okay so that was on a Friday (last couple weekends ago)! The next day Leanne and I decided to visit an art museum! That was a venture for sure. Not very exciting one but entertaining, nonetheless. The whole adventure from when we got there to when we left from PL took us… oh, let’s say two hours, maybe two hours and 15 minutes. And of that two hours we spent an hour and half walking through the city, trying to find the place- which we only spent 10 minutes, at the most, looking at all the pictures. Then we left. Went to the C. Stations got ourselves some Starbucks, and of course I got myself another caramel mocha just so I could compare to the one I had at Seattle’s B. Seattle’s B. was way more better tasting than Starbucks. Starbucks was a little too strong in the chocolate factor. I couldn’t really taste the caramel as much as I wanted to. Points for Seattle’s Best!!!
After Star$ we got our hair trimmed. I sadly had to cut off a few inches to get rid of all the dead hair. I didn’t like it one bit but at least it looks better now. So, now it’s up to my shoulders.

I have exciting news, Emily. This March I may take drawing lessons. Mom was looking up places and she found… a couple, I think. Sadly though the age limit is either 16+ or 18+. But she is going to see and ask if I can participate anyways and that I am very serious about drawing. I hope they will accept me. I like the idea that I wont be around with a ton of immature teenagers even though 16 is not a whole lot better but… better than children of 12-15 years of age. :) Maybe I’ll make a new friend. Or two. That would be cool, so we’ll see.

I have decided that I am going to get a business degree in college. Mom and me were talking about it and figured that it was probably a good direction to go for.  I am also going to take a few art classes, like graphic designing or something to make my business degree more appealing or something.
I plan to start college when I am 17, right when I am pretty much ending school. So hopefully, if everything goes according to plan, I should be done with it all by 18 or 19! :) I am excited.

Well, that is all for now.

Love you my dear sister!

  1. Thank you for the update, dear. :D I miss you!!! And I'm sorry it's taken me a MONTH to comment on this. Life has been a bit crazy. :O but now it's settling down. I think it's funny how you spent 10 minutes at the art museum. ;) ;)
